Lucy slept through her alarm this morning, she was so deeply in that space. A first deep sleep in a very long time. She couldn't remember what her dream was about. She is starting to forget them more these days.
It wasn't the one with the red parachutes or the plane crash or hugging the ginger haired guy in the parking lot and believing he was completely innocent and he hadn't done that awful thing everyone had said he had done. It wasn't any of those.
OR seeing G in the high school Gym and hoping he'd be picked in her sports team.
It wasn't any of those dreams.........she'd hope to remember one day. That dream.

In case you are wondering, my username and profile pic come from the movie Lars and The Real Girl. It's not even a movie I am overly crazy about, although I did enjoy and appreciate it. The reason I chose it as my online identity is because the relationship I describe in my blog is a little like the relationship between the guy in the film and the plastic doll he orders off the internet. Delusional. A bit unnerving but equally captivating. Heart-felt. It's something I need to get off my chest so I've decided to blog about it. I am also a girl and quite real, so more reasons the username made sense. I suppose there's not much else I need to put here, really. You will discover more about me in the blog entries.
